Wheels vs.power, now Toyos suck

Bingo. I had the same tires, in the same size, and I agree 100%. The Euro
TAs I ended up with later gave me considerably more dry grip, and the TAs
are almost universally despised. I took the FZ4s to the track once, and
everybody kept telling me I needed to bump the pressure up; what they
didn't know was that they were already at 48-50lbs. When they heated up
they got greasy. What was even worse, those FZ4s complained LOUDLY going
around corners. Stay away from them, and for good measure you should
probably stay away from the Nittos that sit at the same price point and
have virtually the same tread pattern. Since Nitto and Toyo are
essentially the same company, I have a feeling the two tires will be the
same. Just IME of course...
