1.7l has 74hp while the 1.8 JH has 90 hp.  Correctme if I'm wrong.  Yup,
use the Audi TB, and keep the dual exhaust and downpipe that came with the
1.7l.  It definitely mades a huge difference.  My 1.7 in my Scirocco with a
Weber TB and the dual manifold exhaust was a better performer than the 83
GTi that I drove two weeks ago.  Scirocco's rock.  The Gti was stock but
lemme tell you, the rocco rocked.  Can't wait until I put a new motor in
the Rocco.
