lights

i'm wondering how it would look if i swapped the hi and low beam light 
positons so the low beam would be on the inside and hi on the outside.  
i am also wondering on fog light placement under the bumper.  does it 
look better if they are mounted wide or narrow?  i have them directly 
below the middle of the headlights and it looks worse than without them.
