It wasnt a PII It was a Pentium PRO, a huge difference.=20
    PII (comes in 233, 266, 300, 333, 350, 400, and now 450 MHz)=20

P Pro (does come in 200 MHz and a few others)=20

    PII Has MMX=20

    P Pro doesnt=20

P Pro is mainly a 32 BIT Processor, 16 BIT Code sucks on it=20

PII Has fairly good 16 BIT Performance=20

PII Is on the SEC (single edge connector) socket=20

P Pro uses PGA (pin grid array)=20
