First of all, to your xwife that the cooling system needs a little coolant
in addition to the water. Then you can do what me and my dad did to mine
when it rusted through. We found out where it was leaking(about 10-15
places) with compressed air and the pipe sumbmerged in water, and brazed on
little brass patches with a soldering iron and solder. worked great!
