when I took mine off I just ripped 'em all off since I knew I'd be making
new ones anyways. Get some thick plastic from the hardware store and cut
it to the right shape, then throw a bead of silicone all along that little
channel in the sheetmetal, slap on the vapor barrier, then run some duct
tape along the edges (optional but a good idea).
You can pull all those black and white plastic clips off the door.. if you
look closely they work just like the clips that hold the under-dash trays
up. Find something thin, like a probe or a really small screwdriver, and
push the little plastic pin out. Then you'll be able to pull the clips out.
