upgrades

I'm planning on getting my car painted sometime in the next few months.. I'm
curious what others have paid for a quality job - meaning proper removal
of trim, removal of the body kit, proper prep, proper (Glasurit I assume?)
paint, etc.. I'd like to try to get it done for about $2k, but that may
be a lowball figure..?  I have very minimal body work that needs to be done - 
a couple of VERY minor dings, other than that the body is 100% straight.

Also, since I now have a neighbor with a brand new Integra Type R in the
driveway next to me, I suddenly have a need for more power.  What can I
do to the 2.0 16v?  How much HP can I expect to gain, and what's it likely
to cost?  I assume headwork and intake cam are the logical places to start,
but what else (if anything, short of NoS or turbo) can be done??  I wanna
smoke his ASS in that damn rice grinder..........  :0
