power window problem

hey all,

I installed power windows in my car several
months ago, and am beginning to have problems
with the passenger side.  It rolls down fine but rolls
up extremely slow or not at all.  I checked and changed
the regulator and switch to no avail.  I wonder if has
something to do with the actual track?
Any helpful suggestions are appreciated.
