I assume you sealed the edge of the seal that meets the glass as well as
the seal that touched the body (all this on the outside of the car).

It could be coming from the "windage tray" located under the bonnet
(where the fresh air intake is). Sometimes the drain holes at either end
of this "compartment" get clogged. Another possibility is that the seal
on the fresh air intake is bad (needs to be re-sealed) - but  I'm not
sure where these are located on RH drive.
