Forget about this series of articles, they're next to useless.  They are
a thinly veiled advertisement, with little real info.  Most of the articles
are along the lines of: "Euro lights look cool.  I bought them from XY company.
I had ZQ tuner install them for me.  They _do_ look cool, how about that? Wow,
they are brighter, how about that?"

Trust me on this one.
