1.8T Scirocco?

Hello everyone.

    For a while now, there have been posts on the list like putting Audi
Engines in old 8v roccos and VR6s in 'em too.  My question is:  Would
the 20V 1.8 Turbo motor found in the A4/Passat/New Beetle possibly fit
into a rocco?  It would be a great project.  Put a chip in, exaust, and
some other mods and you'd be pushing 230-240 HP.

    Just thinking if it would be possible.  I got to talking about it w/
my friend on my lunch break
today.  Just think how fast it would be (and dont forget how much
LIGHTER then a VR6).  It would be fast, handle good, and be different.
To my knowledge, it has not been done before.

Now I wanna find out how much a wrecked A4/Passat would cost to strip
its engine from it.
