The HP on the MG code motor is 102 same as the RD.  It is the 
same motor as a RD just you will only find the MG's in Audi's.  The 
only difference between your old motor & it is the 10.0-1 CR & it 
has Hydraulic lifters.  Not a bad swap but a 2.0 would be sweet!!!
