16v head onto A3 2.0L block

	Some rallye drver i was talking to on the weekend was telling me he heard
of guys bolting the 2.0L 16v head from a GTI onto a 2.0L block from an A3,
and said they got big hp.  has anyone heard of this?  enlighten me.
