Welcome to the list Alex!!!  You'll find all the VW information you've ever
wanted here and probably a bunch that you didn't want too.. but its all good.
As for the vicious people... just keep in mind that people forget their
manners when they're not face to face.  I've made some good friends here and
I'm sure you will too.  Enjoy!
