Battery Re-Locate/RAM AIR

Hello

I was looking into getting a kit to relocate my battery so i can put an
Aluminum duct to make a custom Ram Air Intake (prob not drilling through
hood.

But, I need your help..... What kind of kit and what is the name of the
kit to get?  I would like to put it in the trunk.. Also, how would this
affect my stero setup? Would I just run power there? and what other
wires would i have to run to the back?

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
