I don't believe it. Yeah, right alongside the diesel 911, diesel Ferrari
Boxer. Converting to a diesel power lant isn't as simple as swapping
long-blocks either - the entire fuel/ignition system including (i think)
the tank has to be replaced . . .

We had a guy SWEAR he bought one Stock! I even saw the original purchase
paper WHAT THE HELL? did they make a diesel Scirocco?
