If you are after a 1991 16v  Passat's HP I have the answers.

GL, GT         1.984  16v = 136
CL, GL, GT  1.781  8v = 107
CL, GL, GT  1.781  8v = 90

And I have a 1990 Passat GT B3 16v  too.
