Wait until it is cold, use a chisel and a hammer. If it is cold enough, it
breaks out in big chunks, but if it is warm, it will be nasty and sticky.
If you can't wait, use big bags of ice to chill it first - this actually
works pretty well. Let it sit until you can feel the cold from the other
side, remove ice, place on some more stuff, chip away. Cold is the key,
though, in my experience.
