RE: Little red light's a flashin'

I've had the same experience on my Scirocco and have heard of other people
experiencing phenomenon.

The coolant temp LED starts flashing even though the coolant reservoir is
full. After a few minutes it often goes off. Otherwise, I've had to turn
the key off and (immediately) restart the car to get it to stop blinking.

What's REALLY annoying in my Quantum Wagon... the coolant LED blinks
intermittently - whenever it feels like it! The previous owner put TAPE over
it so they wouldn't have to look at it! Morons! I removed the tape and have
determined the problem to be in the instrument panel itself as a good tap on
the dash usually makes it go out (or come on even stronger).
