Something you might check for your coolant light is the sending unit on
top of the resovoir. Mine does the same thing because coolant leaks out
of the sending unit seal causing it to short out. So instead of doing
the right thing and replacing it i just blow it out form time to time to
keep the contacts clean.HTH
