Hi  Everybody

if you get Scirocco Seats theres no much to do

use a 10mm wrench and remove a bolt thats located in the center of 
the seat (next to the slide handle
then sit down and slide the seat all the way backwards
it will remove the seat from the rail just pick it up and then get it 
out of the car

to install the "new" ones just allign the seat to the 3 rails and 
slide them in be careful to allign the silide handle with the bolt 
that allows the seat to move
