Yes, it probably is a good one.  I have communicated with Per via e-mail
and found him to be well versed in VW performance tuning. 
Unfortunately, Per has had a lapse of mind ;-) lately and has been
campaigning a Toyota Celica ST in SCCA Solo II.  Hopefully, he still
owns a VW or two and will run them in Solo II again.
