aren't any mods we do for coolness factor?

Shawn it right about the clutch. But I've done the same thing and
I've got the small inner CV joints. Unfortunately, one of them is
getting ready to blow in a big way with all that knocking and
everything. Wiring isn't too bad, i don't have completely everything
hooked up yet.. no oxygen sensor, and my knock sensor box is fried
so I have the old electronic ignition on.
I custom built my downpipe with stainless steel cause the one I got
was from a GTI. But even then I couldn't use the flex part cause the
shifter arm runs right into one of those side things on the flex. I'm sure a
rabbit has more room back there so it shouldn't hit at all.
