200hp goal

I"m sure this query has been posted to the list before, I just want to
see if you guys were paying attention. Anyways, I want to get about
200hp from my 16V without going NOS or turbo/sc, and I want to make sure
that it is still reliable. I can think of these mods off the top of my
head. Can youse gimme some more ideas and correct me where I make
mistakes?
123 stock motor
+ 10 exhaust
+ 15 2.0 block (tho big gains in torque)
+ 10 cams
+ 10 port and polish the head
+ 10 fuel enrichment

I keep saying that I want to do a bunch of stuff to the car, and now is
a good time to do it. I just put it away for the winter today, so now I
can work on it and not worry about having parts not connected to the
car.
