If the o-rings are "bad" then they actually become more of a bitch to
remove. When they are new they are soft and pliable, therefore easier to
remove. The $6.00 tool is available from Mark at Adirondack and makes the
job a cinch regardless of how old the rings are. 

Last, there are 2 rings per injector. Might be a good idea to change all of
'em since you are in there.
