I'll hafta take door #2 Monty! Even tho those savages raped and
molested your car, it's still your car. I think $3,000 for rebuilding
your car would be more than enuff. Lemme see here, I know that Motronix
wants $671.00 before tax for the TT downpipe/cat etc (apparently it's
stainless, i had no clue). Momo will prolly cost you a total
of...$300-350 together. Shifter business will cost?? I can't imagine
it costing too much, cuz i honestly can't picture what it is you're
talking about (bushing and cup set?). Wouldn't the heater controls be
easy enuff to find at a wrecking yard? I know that Corey's in London's
gotta a bunch of Mk2s on the lot looking to be parted and loved once
again. Plus I got some extra 16V badges if ya want em, and the tires?
Guess that depends on what kind you want...

Ahh, the dreaded parking brake...mine's pooched too. From what i
recall, you da man when it comes to straightening out the bent rims
(notice I refrained from calling you a rim jobber....DOH!) I'm sure you
know people that fix door locks, if not, I'm sure that I could hook you
up with some respectable, non-VW stealing folks, and the stereo?
Well, I may be a little biased here. I say go to town on the sounds.
Y'know, 4 15" in a heavy duty 600lb box with all kinds of insulation and
wiring and lights and gizmos and shit. The more weight you got, the
better chance I'll have of taking you from 1st thru 5th! :)
I've removed everything from the back of my car (seats, box, amps,
spare tire, passengers) and have plans for a coupla 8 or 10" Bazooka
tubes behind the driver and passenger seats. Right now I just have some
kickpanels in the passnger footwells. Once again, if you are interested
in the kickpanels, my buddy owns a shop out here in the sticks and made
sure to keep the molds just in case another Scirocco owner wanted them
made up. Quite nice, and out of the way...
This was a paid commercial message...
Actually, they's cool people and I get no cash for biggin em up!
Anyways...
