Important Purchase Advice Needed

Hey Roccans,

Here's the car I want to buy
-1989 8v /w AC
-118 000 kms
-Kamei Body Kit/ Car re-painted black last summer.
-Neuspeed Tie Bar
-Lowered Springs
-Sport Shocks
-Perfect Interior
-Very quiet, smooth running engine.

If I were to pay $4400 dollars Canadian ($3100 US) for it, would it be a good 
deal?  Are there any problems anyone might know of in the 1989 8v scirocco?  
I've already done a lien check on the car, and there's no money owing on it.

I need to know ASAP, or this deal may slip through my fingers.!!
