Yeh, that's it. I believe the ones I saw were Zender or Kaimei (sp?). I
thought they looked kind of cool. I thought they were supposed to reduce
drag, but you might be right about adding downforce.
On a side note, they also made wind vanes that fit on Rabbits (Golf I's),
that attached under the windshield rubber seal on the front door post,
supposedly they reduced a good bit of drag. Do you have any idea what I
am talking about?
Just a bit of trivia I guess.
