Window Regulators

Alright, my job finally stopped shipping me around on business trips . .
. I need to swap manual window regulators for electrics . . . .

Question: how do you get these triangular things out (and in) - I'm
thinking that the large ovalular hole towards the back of the door is the
way to go  . . .

Any suggestions?
