Hole in my muffler...

I found a rather large hole in my muffler the other day.  It explained the
recent increase in noise, but leaves me with a question:

What kind of muffler should I get to replace the stock one?

I'd like to just buy the muffler, not the whole cat-back system.  What do
you guys suggest?
