Only one way to find out! It's a really easy job if it has to be done. Maybe your
pushrod is messed up? No, then you'd have bigger problems. Does it happen when
your car is still or only when moving? Have you looked at the shift linkage to see if
it's hitting anything? Have someone shift while you're under the car if the sound
occurs while still. If it doesn't mabye one of your motor mounts is loose? Then the
engine/trans would be slamming pretty hard under acceleration aftre shifting. Good
