'83 Bodywork update

My daughter Katy has finished pulling parts off the car, and has started
grinding off rust spots. We should get them all rustproffed and primered
this weekend. Hope to get the paint done by the end of June.

She has expressed an interest in doing a manifold port/polish, and maybe
putting a bigger throttle body in. Something to keep her occupied this summer.

Not Scirocco news, but my son just bought a rustbucket '75 Bug to restore.
As soon as we finish some repairs on his '63, it goes up for sale...
