Hey Tim,
I would wait for the suspension enhancements! As I said earlier, the
suspension is the "weak link" in the GTi VR6. The car can really understeer
/ push in stock form, especially with the stock GY GA's on the car.
I have a frt Nuespeed bar on my GTi/VR6 and the reduced body roll is very
noticeable. I stopped at the frt bar so that I could remain in the "stock"
(GS) autocross class. I have driven GTi/VR6's with both bars and the
improvement is remarkable!
The best handling GTi/VR6 that I have driven to date had Spax 24-way adj
coil-overs, Yoke A008/RS tires, front and rear Nuespeed bars. A SWEET SETUP
and low, low, low!
