Fuel pump probs

Welp if you've been reading you would have read the message I wrote 
regarding no power to the starter.  I fixed that (it was a bad 
ground).  And now I have another problem.  
I get no power to the fuel pump.When I jumper it I still get zero.  
Nothing I do will make the darn thing move.  I can't check voltages 
cause I left my multimeter out in the rain last night and now its 
toasted.
