86 Sciroccos

Did any of you folks know that 1986 Euro-spec Sciroccos
can be imported to the USA legally ?!!!

If that includes non-catalyzed 16v's sold in Europe
that would mean the fastest legal BONE-STOCK
Scirocco in the states can have 139 hp!

Doesn't affect my life, as I'm in Canada but I 
found it interesting nonetheless...

Now, if cars like the new Polo 16v could be imported 
Not as pretty as a Rocco..but damn fast little ride ;)
