No Subject

Hi listers,  I went out this evening, and turned on my lights,  they were 
pulsing , kinda flickering really, not alot, just so I noticed.  This seemed
to go away when I reved up the engine.  I replaced the alternator about 5 
months ago with a rebuilt unit, where should I check ??  Battery, 
alternator, voltage regulator??
