body kit

Hello, folks!

I have what I'm calling a body kit.  It consists of fender flares, bumper covers, 
and rocker panel "covers"; they give the car a ground-effects look.  It's for a MK I 
Scirocco, since it's currently on my '78.  Inside, it says "Made in Germany".  
There's no brand name, no nothin' else but that.

Somebody ran a screw straight through one of the fender flares, and the whole thing 
has a coat of primer on it.  It's poorly done, though; there are places where 
there's no primer at all.  I'm not sure if it's coming off or what.

So, the questions (You knew they were coming, right?)--What's it worth?  Any 
guesses as to who made it?
