(not) GOOD vibrations

Hey all,
I just discovered something about my 8v.  What I thought was a simple tire balance 
problem seems to be something a bit more involved.  The car generally vibrates the faster I 
go and it feels exactly like a tire is unbalanced only today I realized it's not the speed of the 
car but it's the rmps of the engine!  Could this be a messed up clutch doing this?  It 
despereately needs replacement as it slips constantly.  Here's what happens:
After I get out of 3rd gear (usually around 45mph I feel the vibrations and once in fifth (at 
about 60mph) it is really bad as in 4 times a second.  It seems that with every gear change 
the vibration speed almost doubles!  Maybe a bit less.  If I'm doing 45 in fifth or sixty in fifth 
they are almost the same in speed.  I think this is a bit bigger than I thought.  Please let me 
know what you guys think.  Thanks
