To 16V or not to 16V, that is the question

>...there is a champaign-colored 16 with black leather interior that has
been calling me. :)>

Go with you hart not the pocket book.
The price will work out about the same, MORE THAN YOU WANT TO PAY.
If you upgrade you are going to replace most of the parts like rims,
springs ...

16v has the body kit+
The head costs more to work on, 2 cams.-
Spark plug wires are $150 ish-
Rear breaks are disks+
Lower stock bars and springs are better.+
14" stock Rims+
Timing belt should be changed 50k mi -.

8v cost less to get
parts cost are lower for some.
13"stock rims
Timing belt should be changed 50k mi but if it goes it will cost less to
fix.

Are you going to race? 8v more simple
Are you going to drive to work in it? 8v or 16v
Are you going to make a rocket? 8v bolt on power.
Are you going to make a rocket? 16v 2ltr bolt on power.

I have the car you are talking about ."champaign-colored 16 with black
leather interior"
NICE. I would go 16v.

Just my 2cents.
