Ryan, this is a 16v right?
If so on the bottom end of the distributor, the end with the cog that fits
into the slot on the cam, ther is a metel spring like thing, take it off,
then you will need to punch out the pin that holds the cog on. I put them
in a vice and knock it out with a hammer and a nail. Once you get the pin
out remove the cog then the reluctor (spining thing) will slide out along
the the shaft attatched.
