So you think they wouldn't mind if you spent 1 hour a day reading personal
email?
If you were paying a mechanic $50/hr to fix your car would you want to pay
him for the 1 hour he spent reading HIS personal email?  When he said "But
I didn't SEND any email."  Would you say "OK, then I'l pay you for reading
your email."
