I figured this would be the easiest way to keep all of the orders 
straight. Below is the generic order form. Simply fill it out 
completely and e-mail it back to me. 
Since im paying for the shirts out front, you can just write a check or 
money order out to me and mail it to me later. Sound fair enough??
