Cold Start problem

Hello fellow Roccans:

I am here with a cold starting problem. My car loves to start when warm,
but cranks and cranks when cold. If I press on the accelerator pedal, it
usually starts.

What do ya think? Fuel pressure, air regulator, etc. Can it be the fuel
pump itself? How should I test for this remedy?
