  I got 2 H4s and 2 H1s for $140 from Automobile Atlanta. They wanted $160+
but I told them I saw them elsewhere for $40 per so they dropped the price.
There are a few places on the net that sell them, but I don't think its
much less than $160. Add $20 or so to get all the parts to make a good
relay harness. Even with the 55/60 bulbs the relays make a difference. As
far as whats involved, it just takes a little time to make a harness.

  I haven't seen or heard of the Bosch lights, but I've heard that Cibie
makes similar lights, but have heard mixed things about their quality as
well as lighting pattern. The Cibies are in the same price range as the
Bosch around $20 per light
