Oil Pressure Values?

I guess my original post didn't make it through, if I am wrong, forgive 
the use of band-width.

For those on the list with Oil Pressure Guages and 1.6 / 1.7 L 8V's :

1. What pressures do you see at idle, fully warmed up?

2. What pressures do you see at 3000 rpm, fully warmed up?

The Bentley manual only list a warm min. pressure at 2000 rpm, not an 
idle pressure.

Any info would be helpful!
