Heel-Toeing is a different technique than double-clutching but they both
acclomplish the same thing. Double clutching no longer needs to be used
because of the new synchroed tranny's (not sure of the difference
between the synochroed and non-synchroed myself.) Double clutching
means pressing the clutch in to disengage the gear your in, then letting
it out to rev the engine up to speed and then pressing the clutch once
again to put the car back into a higher gear. Double clutching: There
ya have it! There really isn't any point to it nowadays unless you're a
big racer and want to get the revs up to speed as quickly as possible.
