No, but it's possible.  Push the clutch in, push on the gas to get the engine
turning at @ the same speed as the tranny, and release the clutch.  The
clutch will be doing a very small job and receiving very little wear because
you did most of the work w/the gas pedal.  If you get REALLY good at
estimating engine/tranny speeds, then THAT'S when you can do *clutchless*
shifting.
