The 16v's over here had a recall on the gas tank--leaking.  My last 16v (red)
had it.  After a refill I'd come home and park it in the garage and have a
puddle.  It was about the same time I noticed the black 16v for sale that I
have now, so I just sold it.  Look into a recall from VW.
