Where exactly is the wiring harness?

I am just wondering where the 16v wiring harness's are located.  I think
they're in the front driver's side fender.  Am I correct?  Surprisingly
there is no mention of it in the Bently.  Also, where is it in the Scirocco
I as Jay and I have to put a 1.8L inot his car in the next few weeks or so. 
I can't to finish his autocross car.  It's gonna be a sick one.  Now we just
need to work on our driving!  Lata,
