     That's why I park my Scirocco in the winter and drive my $1000.00 
     Jetta GLi w/13" wheels w/Dunlop Graspic 100's.  Handles like a snow 
     mobile.  Granted, black ice is bad.  
     
     My wife, (sometimes I get to drive) has a 90 Quattro 20v, talk about 
     sweet in poor traction condtions.  I was driving it the other day and 
     hit some black ice, before it was able to loose control the Quattro 
     system found a tire with traction and kept it under control. :)  
     The Quattro system also defy's some cornering logic, in a serious 
     corner when the tires start to break, I find hitting full throttle 
     causes the quattro to pull it all back together again.

What was the point of that...?
     I corner hard all the time and in five years I only lost control
once......AND I WAS DOING LESS THEN 10mph AT THE TIME....!!!!!!
 sorry for yelling it happend friday and it was a rub after I hit a black ice
patch no real damage just a brused ego....the speed didn't even register on 
the speedo... =^P.....
Damn swaybars......Later all......
